Thank you for supporting my artwork. I take great care in packaging and shipping each order so it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please read the following details about shipping, delivery times, and related policies.

Processing Times

  • Original artwork and prints are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

  • Custom commissions or made-to-order pieces may take longer; estimated timelines will be discussed with you before purchase.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

  • All artwork is sent via reliable, tracked courier services (e.g., Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, or similar).

  • For high-value original artworks, shipping will include insurance for extra peace of mind.

Domestic (UK) Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

  • I ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 7–21 business days.

  • Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

Packaging

  • Prints are shipped in sturdy postal tubes or rigid envelopes.

  • Original paintings are carefully wrapped with protective materials and placed in reinforced packaging to ensure safe arrival.

Delays & Issues

  • While I do my best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, customs checks, or unforeseen events.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the packaging and item so I can assist with a replacement or claim.

Local Collection

  • If you are local to Blackminster you may request to collect your artwork in person. This option can be arranged at checkout or by contacting me directly.
